Rates & Insurance

Fees 

My fee for an initial intake of 55-60 minutes is $300, for a standard session of 55 minutes is $260. I accept payment by cash, check, or Venmo.

Insurance I am an in-network provider for the following insurance panels: Humana, Premera, Labor & Industries, and Medicare.

Potential clients please check your coverage with your insurer by asking the following questions: 

-Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

-What is my deductible and has it been met?

-How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

-What is my copay or coinsurance amount per therapy session?

-Is pre-authorization required by your insurance to start therapy?

Cancellation Policy 

To cancel a scheduled session, at least 24 business hours (i.e. one business day) notice is required. Otherwise, clients will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
